Cancellation Policy of the Organizer:
Decisions on cancellation (termination) by the organizer due to weather or other reasons will be communicated to the reservation holders by the organizer at the following times:
For the first time slot: by 6:00 PM the day before
For the second and third time slots: 3 hours prior
Communication will only be made in the event of a cancellation.
Notes:
・If the event is canceled due to the organizer's circumstances, there will be no cancellation fee.
・In case of cancellation due to customer convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged.
