About reservations / About payment methods
Please contact us via the concierge or "Contact" for reservations.
Usage fees and deposits differ for each Mobility, so please check the Mobility details page.

Payment will be made by credit card. We will contact you with a payment link after making your reservation.
We will issue you the usage fee, deposit and two payment links.
If there is no problem upon return, we will refund your deposit.

About licenses and qualifications
international driving permit/JAF Translation based on the 1949 Geneva Convention on Road Traffic.Valid within one year from the date of issue.
Under 26Years Old Pay a 30% higher rental fee.
Regarding contact after reservation and during rental period
You can contact us by email or "what's up".
Only English and Japanese are available.
Upon return
If the usage distance or usage time is exceeded, we will charge the cost from the deposit.
If the amount exceeds the deposit, additional charges will be made.

Driving under the influence of alcohol is prohibited in Japan, and violations are subject to heavy penalties.
